Order of the day

10am - Guests to start to arrive at the church in San Michele.

10:30am - Wedding ceremony begins. This will last about one hour and will mainly be in Italian, with some English readings.

After the church - Aperitivo at the Vecchia Masseria.

1:30 - 5:30pm - Reception meal at the Vecchia Masseria, ending with the cutting of the cake. Traditionally there are no speeches at a Sicilian wedding. Most Italian guests will leave after the cake.

7pm - There is nothing formal organised, but we intend to gather in the bar at the Vecchia Masseria to catch up with family and friends.
